Courtyard by Marriott Heathrow is a luxury two hundred and forty-four-bedroom hotel with ten meeting rooms, a ballroom built to accommodate up to 600guests, two restaurants, two bars, a reception, and a state-of-the-art gym. These community spaces are connected to the luxury accommodation via lifts. The meeting rooms are furnished with the latest technology, and three media hubs were installed in the hotel. 

 

Our client came to us with a unique set of labor loading challenges and requested a complete changing of the guard mid-way through the project. In response, Tier Group immediately implemented a new electrical team and a strict supervisory regime that could identify the faults and delays. Tier Group’sposition was to coordinate a highly skilled and cost-effective workforce that would follow a disciplined program and provide productive continuity until the end of the job. 

 

Through our bespoke database, we hand-picked a team of 90electricians with a prior understanding and respect for each other’s skillsets. This created a richly productive team that enhanced each other’s talents. We installed a supervisory regime led by a five-person strong management team that implemented a shift system, empowering the site to run 24hours a day, seven days a week, until completion, successfully allowing the project to reach PC on time
